How fit do I need to be before starting?+
You don't need to be at any particular fitness level to join us. Our classes and coaching are designed for all abilities, from complete beginners to experienced athletes. We'll help you progress at your own pace and support you every step of the way.
I have boxing experience but just want to try out a class — can I do that?+
Absolutely! Whether you're experienced or just curious, you're welcome to join any class that interests you. Our coaches will help you get the most out of your session, whatever your background.
I have no boxing or Pilates experience — will that matter?+
Not at all. Many of our members start with no prior experience. Our friendly coaches will guide you through the basics and make sure you feel comfortable and confident as you learn.
What do I wear or need to bring?+
Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle. If you have your own boxing gloves or Pilates mat, feel free to bring them, but we also have equipment available for you to use.
Can I just turn up at one of the classes, or do I need to book?+
We recommend booking your spot in advance to guarantee your place, but you're also welcome to drop in if there's space available. Check our schedule or contact us for details.
